David Bushe: MRICS, has been actively involved in commercial investment and development property in the UK property market for over 25 years, buying and selling for a wide variety of private clients.
Prior to forming BGA with Graham Gower, David was at Jones Lang Wootton for 9 years, latterly as Director for Middle Eastern business.
Graham Gower: BSc (Hons), MRICS has been involved in all sectors of the commercial property market over the last 30 years with particular reference to investment and development funding.
Graham was previously an Investment Partner with Knight Frank and subsequently became the UK & European Property Director of Schroder Properties Limited. He now draws upon his extensive expertise in both the UK and European property markets.
Andrew Dunkley: FRICS, has over 30 years experience in commercial property, initially with Richard Ellis followed by Cluttons where he headed up the Commercial Investment Division.
Andrew joined Bushe Gower in 2005 to focus on his Institutional and private clients.
Michael Lurie: has acquired and disposed of individual & substantial multi-use development schemes & investment properties for over 25 years on behalf of major institutions, property companies & high net-worth individuals.
Michael was a partner of Thomas Deal & Partners, a director of Teacher Marks Deal and a consultant to Hodnett Martin Smith.
Paul Waters: MRICS, acts for a wide range of clients including major UK institutions and property companies in the sale & acquisition of investment properties in the office, industrial, leisure and retail sectors.
Paul was with Lambert Smith Hampton, Hammond Phillips and a Director of Investment at Chesterton.
Mark Dansky: joined Bushe Gower Associates in September 2008.
Mark has developed a wide client base in all sectors of the market acquiring property throughout the UK and has a number of private clients with whom he is closely involved.
Sas Mahadeva: BA(Hons) FCCA, is a non-executive consultant at Bushe Gower Associates.
A qualified accountant of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK. Sas has over 20 years of experience in the UK Real Estate sector, specialising in acquisition and development of UK real estate investments, funding structures, tax planning and investment consultancy. His clients include high net worth individuals and institutions.
